What happens when I submit my information?
With 40 year mortgages we work with a network of lenders that offer 40 year mortgage loans. When you submit your information we will match you with both local and national 40 year mortgage lenders. They will assess your current situation and call you to compete for your business. You choose who you will work with based on their best offer.
You can choose not to accept an offer from any of the 40 year mortgage lenders that will contact you. Typically lenders will contact you within a couple of hours. Don’t expect to be bombarded with calls. We have strict guidelines with our lenders.
